Ingredients (organic): Echinacea angustifolia, elderberry (Sambucus), astragalus (Astragalus propinquus), liquorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), Chinese skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis), lemon balm (Melissa), thyme (Thymus vulgaris).

If pregnant or taking medication seek professional advice. Do not take if you have high blood pressure.                               

Take 1 teaspoon 1-4 times per day in boiling water. Leave for 10 minutes then drink.
