All our essential oils are 100% pure, therapeutic grade. Unless they say 'absolute' they are all steam distilled. We source our oils from many places, they are all guaranteed pure and high quality. The soil association oils are grown to very strict organic standards.

You can use the oils in a burner, in a carrier oil, on some cotton wool or in the bath. When putting them in the bath add 8-10 drops of essential oil to one teaspoon of milk. The oils will then disperse throughout the water. When adding to a carrier add up to 10 drops in 20ml of carrier oil.
