Eucalyptus & Peppermint Herbal Tea & Steam for a fresh, open-feeling experience

A refreshing herbal blend combining eucalyptus, peppermint, calendula, yarrow, plantain, and liquorice root. Carefully crafted for use as a warming herbal infusion or as an aromatic steam preparation, this blend offers a pleasant herbal experience with fresh, minty notes balanced by gentle floral and earthy undertones.

Ingredients

Eucalyptus leaf, peppermint leaf, calendula flowers, yarrow herb, plantain leaf, liquorice root.

All herbs are grown and processed without the use of synthetic pesticides or synthetic fertilisers.

Suitable for use as a herbal tea or as a fragrant steam preparation.

Tea Preparation

Add 1–2 teaspoons of the blend to a cup.
Pour over 250 ml of freshly boiled water.
Cover and infuse for 10–15 minutes.
Strain before drinking.

Steam Preparation

Add 1–2 tablespoons of the blend to a large heatproof bowl.
Carefully pour approximately 1 litre of freshly boiled water over the herbs.
Place a towel over your head and the bowl, keeping a safe distance from the hot water.
Close your eyes and enjoy the herbal aroma for 5–10 minutes.
